We offer classes to students ranging from beginners to advanced artists.

Susan Card, the artist-owner of DISH GALLERY + Studio, has mentored many aspiring ceramic artists. Susan teaches wheel-throwing, hand building, decorating and glazing to students at two convenient locations in Toronto - DISH GALLERY + Studio in the Distillery District and at the Toronto Potters Studio in the Queen West neighbourhood.

Our Pottery Hand Building Class, Workshop and Team Building events are held at DISH GALLERY + Studio, 9 Gristmill Lane, Toronto Distillery District , Toronto M5A 3C4. Multi-week wheel classes are held at Toronto Potters Studio

Be prepared to get dusty at our 2-weekend pottery hand building , decorating and glazing class in 2025 at DISH GALLERY + Studio iin the Distillery District. This is a great introduction to working with clay in a cozy nurturing studio in the vibrant Distillery District. Projects include plates, bowls, sushi sets, ceramic jewelry and more.

Saturdays 1-3 pm and 3-5 pm by appointment only.

Our Pottery Wheel Classes are taught at Toronto Potters Studio, Artscape Youngplace, 180 Shaw St, Toronto M6J 2W5 Wednesdays, 7:00 - 10:00 pm. Registration for Wednesday wheel class can be made through torontopottters.com
